We demand Amnesty Now! to be granted to Mexican immigrants who are already settled and living inside the United States as law-biding citizens of the world.

All these years and the U.S. Regime still has no Humane Immigration Legislation and what is being proposed now is not humane, practical nor realistic.

We need to remember our true history and accept the historical fact that the United States itself is mainly composed of people whose descendants were foreign European immigrants or African slaves, people who were not indigenous natives to these lands. We Chicanos ~ indigenous natives of what many of us still call Aztlán ~ are living upon our ancient lands. The U.S. southwest was once northern Mexico and before that was the sole homeland of the original native people of these lands. If anyone has an original claim on these lands it is its original native inhabitants who have been here since ancient times.

For sure, America is not this country’s original name. In fact, the founding of the U.S.A. is largely the result of two genocides ~the first genocide was against the original native peoples of these lands and the second genocide was against the African slaves who were brought here by force from Africa during the slave trade. The fact that after all these many years the U.S. government has not successfully designed Humane Immigration Legislation is a reflection of its original White racist founders not respecting the sovereignty of native people, not comprehending the truth of actual history and the continued racist arrogance of the Amerikan psyche. The U.S.A. was stolen from Mexico and taken under threat of violent war for $15 million dollars.

We should at least be asking for historical reparations, not be beggars of the unjust rogue regime known as the U.S. Government that constantly violates international laws with its drone programs and other evils.

Immigration Reform as it is being proposed by the Obama Regime will not work. No one is going to turn themselves in and go to the back of any line. Mexican immigrants should be in the front of the line for all the fear, grief and stress they have gone through ~ working and living ‘in the shadows’. Background checks can be done within rational parameters to check out those with violent histories. Those ‘in the shadows’ cannot afford to pay back taxes! How many U.S. citizens have not paid back taxes? We should not make English literacy a requirement for citizen status when many U.S. citizens themselves are not even literate!

Legislators working on Immigration Reform Legislation should network with immigrant rights advocates and the target population. The government’s proposed Immigration Reform has built-in snags designed to discourage Mexican immigrants from even registering without any guarantee of not being deported. It is not realistic, practical or truly designed to help solve immigration related problems. It’s a set-up! If Emperor Obama thinks that America is such an exceptional country, then he should consider the 11+ million Mexican immigrants already here ~ many of which are descendants of indigenous natives ~ as being in an ‘exceptional historical situation’, make a legal exception for them and grant a General Amnesty Now! We awakened ones know that Emperor Obama via the Fascist U.S. Regime will not do this for La Raza Cosmica.

We should not foster any false hopes or be naïve and swallow false promises. Obama is a war criminal, great con artist, a fascist fraud and puppet of corporate capitalism under Global Fascism. Once again, Global Revolution on a global scale is the ultimate solution for the majority of our global social problems, not half-baked inhumane immigration legislation by a corrupt U.S. Congress largely composed of millionaires. Mexico is still a neo-colony of the United States.

Mexicans here in the U.S.A. should be considered as indigenous peoples to Aztlán. We did not cross any ocean to get here. Native immigrants are not European immigrants from elsewhere. Mexico was stolen by the U.S. with a rifle to its head. The truth is the majority of Whites cover the evil of their racism against Mexicans by being anti-immigrant when the truth is they suffer from the psycho-social disease of Amerikan racism. In actuality there is only one race of people upon Earth and the whole concept of distinct races is a social invention. Nevertheless, Mexicans are persecuted as a ‘race’ of people.

Let history be a good guide to action! Let us continue to have a rational dialogue about Humane Immigration Legislation.

Amnesty Now! Ya basta!
