As humane beings we need to go far beyond surface politics. Politics is the business of power in relationships at different levels. What are our relationships to the fascist corporate state, to our local communities and to your self? As social beings we are impacted by the realities of politics and decisions by politicians whether we #vote or not. Politics are a part of life in society and its effects takes place whether we participate in politics or not. Advocates and activists function as politicians whether they admit it or not when they try to influence you. We need to have a realistic understanding of politics and learn how to use politics to empower ourselves.
We need to create and develop a People’s Politics that relates to the people’s basic survival needs and common interests. Mobilizing mass rallies, public demonstrations, electoral politics, creating blogs, constant networking and online petitions can be manifestations of People’s politics. The people need to make politics relevant to their daily lives, not the exclusive domain of corporate controllers.
We need to live our lives in balance and diversify our lives as Spiritual Beings ~ besides politics we need to work on our Spiritual Growth. Our participation in surface politics barely scratches the surface of what’s going on in different realms of connected reality.
There are different levels of politics that can affect us:
~ global
~ intercontinental
~ domestic
~ local, and
~ exopolitics
In connected reality as a whole there can be more dimensions than the regular 3-dimensional reality of height, width and depth. There can be inter-dimensional realities that we cannot even observe through our ordinary five sense-organs of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Intuition can operate as a sixth sense. Sp there is a lot more going on in the world than meets the eye.
Power is the dual capacity to perceive external phenomena and change it in a projected manner. We must not only see what is to be done, we must take the initiative and do what can be done. Our participation in politics is a major way through which we can change connected reality ~ along with setting a good example in our personal lives.
Politics remains war without bloodshed and war is still politics with bloodshed. Thus, politics and war are interconnected. Hell, many Amerikans did not even know Iraq from Iran before 911! We learn our geography through wars waged by the U.S. Empire that we as citizens did not even endorse. Fascism loves to keep us distracted by surface politics like partisan Elections while the rich get richer and the poor poorer.
We must dive deep beneath surface politics and examine the roots of economic exploitation, political repression and psychological warfare. How is a tiny minute portion of the general population able to control billions of people and keep them from waging Liberation Wars? The masses have always had the numbers and the objective conditions exist for us to wage a Liberation War for our independence. We need to examine the subjective conditions in our mass psyche that block us from seeking Liberation and find an end to our suffering.
We can improve our subjective conditions by having a clear understanding of the connected reality of our collective general situation and engaging in mass education that will implant and raise mass revolutionary consciousness.
We here in the U.S.A. have been programmed for decades by corporate fascism to accept our enslavement. Many are brain damaged to a point by factors in the environment. We do not condemn government wrongdoing. We allow unjust wars of occupation to be waged in our names. Our priorities are upside down and we become dysfunctional citizens who do not even bother to vote or voice our opinions. After 911 many Amerikans suffer from various degrees of paranoid schizophrenia and PTSD. The number 911 generates clusters of bad memories.
The U.S. Regime is the greatest terrorist regime in the world and is the military backbone for the global Amerikan Empire. The primary obstacle to Peace on Earth is the Amerikan Empire. The U.S. Government is a Fascist Regime ‘in power and secure’. We need to see the complex interconnections between the Amerikan Empire, the U.S. Regime and the cruelty of corporate capitalism.
In summary, we must go beyond surface politics, understand connected reality as it is, work on ourselves on an individual level and work together to create the kind of world we want live in for ourselves and for the family of humanity.
We need to exhaust peaceful methods of resistance, but we must resist using all applicable tactics, including Electoral Politics ~ yet do not confuse a tactic for a strategy. We have the numbers, but many of us lack certain spiritual qualities, such as, courage, faith, love, patience and perseverance. Thus, our communal struggle is, in irs quintessence, a spiritual struggle. Struggle on!
